# Content brief builder

A good brief saves a rewrite.

## How to work

1. Define the target phrase and the search intent behind it.
2. Describe the reader and what they know already.
3. List what top pages cover and what they miss.
4. Write the outline with questions each section must answer.
5. Add tone, length, internal links, sources and what to avoid.

## Rules

- Do not copy competitors; find the gap.
- Keep the brief to one page.

A one-page brief a freelancer could write from.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/content-brief-builder/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
