Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and the individual product owner who owns and operates Promptsio from Nepal (“Promptsio”, “we”, “us”) for your use of promptsio.com and its services: the prompt library, the AI tools directory, the library of skills, agents, workflows and MCP servers, guides, the glossary, accounts, submissions, reviews, paid plans and sponsored placements (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions: [email protected].
Summary
- You can read, copy and use our prompts and library items in your own personal and commercial work, unless an item says otherwise.
- Do not scrape the Site, republish it in bulk or pass it off as your own collection.
- You own what you submit and give us permission to publish and promote it.
- AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.
- Paid plans and placements are in US dollars, paid by Payoneer invoice, and do not renew automatically.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country to enter a contract, to create an account. If you use the Site for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these Terms.
2. Using the Site
You may read the Site, and copy and use prompts and library items in your own personal and commercial work unless an item states its own licence or restriction. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy the Site in bulk, or republish its content as your own collection, directory or dataset;
- break the law, infringe anyone’s rights or help others to do so;
- try to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the Site, or bypass security or rate limits;
- upload malware, or submit content designed to harm people or systems;
- use the Site or its content to create harmful, deceptive or unlawful AI output;
- pretend to be another person or organisation, or misuse another person’s account.
3. Public prompt API and data
Where we offer a public prompt API or machine-readable versions of our content, you may use them within any published rate limits and licence line. At the time of writing the licence line is: free to use with attribution, and link back to the prompt URL. Bulk copying outside those terms is not permitted.
4. Accounts
- You can sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, and you may add a password in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your email account secure.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
- You can delete your account in your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or harm the Site or other users.
5. What you submit
“Submissions” include tools, skills, agents, workflows, MCP servers, prompts, comments and any other material you send us.
- You keep ownership of your submissions.
- You confirm that you have the right to share them, that they are accurate, and that they contain no malware, secrets, personal data or anything illegal or infringing.
- You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, publish, display, adapt for formatting, and promote your submission on Promptsio and in our newsletters and social channels, for as long as it remains on the Site.
- Submissions are reviewed by a person. We may edit, decline, feature, unpublish or remove any submission at our discretion, for example for accuracy, quality, safety or legal reasons.
- Your first approved submission may create a vendor profile where you can manage what you have listed.
6. Reviews and comments
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not post fake, paid or incentivised reviews, reviews of your own product without disclosing the connection, or content that is abusive, misleading, defamatory or unlawful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Paid plans and placements
- Prices are in US dollars, and the price shown when you request a plan or placement applies to that order.
- After you request a plan or placement, we send a secure Payoneer invoice that you can pay by card or bank transfer. Taxes or payment-provider fees may apply.
- A plan or placement starts when we receive payment and lasts for the period shown. It does not renew automatically.
- Featured and Sponsored placements are always labelled. Paying for a placement does not buy a review, a rating or positive coverage.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.
8. Affiliate links and sponsored content
Some links on the Site are affiliate links and some placements are sponsored. We explain how this works, and how it does and does not affect what we write, in our Affiliate disclosure.
9. Our content and intellectual property
The Site, including its design, software, branding, logo, guides, glossary, tool profiles and original prompts and library content that we create, is owned by or licensed to Promptsio and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the uses allowed in section 2, you may not copy, sell or exploit it without our written permission. Names and logos of third-party tools belong to their owners and are used only to identify those tools.
10. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with the page address, a description of the material, proof of your rights and your contact details. We will review it and may remove or restrict the content.
11. AI output, tools and no professional advice
- AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, harmful or infringing output, and the same prompt can give different results. Check results before relying on them.
- Prompts, skills, agents, workflows and guides on the Site are general information. They are not legal, medical, tax, financial or other professional advice.
- Tool profiles, plans and prices are summaries that can change. Confirm them on the vendor’s official site before you buy.
- You are responsible for how you use AI tools, automations and connectors, including what data you share and what access you grant.
12. Third-party tools and sites
The Site links to and describes third-party tools, websites and services. We do not control or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the owner and operator of Promptsio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from AI output you use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
15. Indemnity
If you use the Site for business purposes, you agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because of your submissions or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.
16. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Site at any time and delete your account in your dashboard. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these Terms, create risk or harm for others or the Site, or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and disputes.
17. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie policy.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring a claim in your own courts. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the problem.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes we will tell you, for example by email or a notice on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept them. If Promptsio is later transferred to a company, we will tell you and these Terms will continue to apply. Changes to paid plans apply to new orders and not to a period you have already paid for.
20. General
These Terms, together with the pages they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms: [email protected] or the Contact page.
