5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.
- Service providers who help us run the site under appropriate confidentiality and security terms: website hosting, email delivery, spam protection (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), and Payoneer for invoicing and payment.
- Analytics and advertising providers, but only if we enable those services. They may set their own cookies, and where the law requires it we ask for your consent first. Advertising is not currently enabled.
- Affiliate and merchant partners. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, the merchant or affiliate network may recognise that you came from Promptsio. This is explained in our Affiliate disclosure.
- Public content. Reviews, comments and approved submissions are shown publicly, along with the name or vendor profile you choose to display. Do not post information you want to keep private.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with the law, responding to valid legal requests, or protecting our rights, users or the public.
- Changes of ownership. If Promptsio is sold, transferred or moved into a company, personal information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honour this policy.
6. International transfers
Promptsio is operated from Nepal, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers of personal information out of your country, we use appropriate measures such as contractual protections. Contact us if you would like more information.
