We want you to be happy with what you buy on Promptsio. This Refund policy covers paid plans and Featured or Sponsored placements. It should be read with our Terms of service. To ask for a refund, write to [email protected].
At a glance
| What you bought | Refund |
|---|---|
| Paid plan | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of payment, provided premium content has not been downloaded in bulk |
| Featured or Sponsored placement, not yet started | Full refund |
| Featured or Sponsored placement, already live | Refund of the unused part on request |
Paid plans
If a paid plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and we will refund it in full, provided premium content has not been downloaded in bulk. Plans do not renew automatically, so you will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
Featured and sponsored placements
Placements can be refunded in full before they start. Once a placement is live, we refund the unused part on request. Placements are always labelled as sponsored, and paying for a placement does not buy a review, rating or positive coverage, so a refund is not available simply because a review or rating was not what you hoped for.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected].
- Include your request number, for example the one on your receipt, and the email address you used to order.
- Tell us briefly what you bought and why you are asking. You do not need to justify a request made within the 14 days for a plan, but your reasons help us improve.
- We will confirm that we received your request and tell you what happens next.
How and when you are refunded
- Refunds go back through Payoneer to the original payment method.
- This usually takes up to 10 working days after we approve the refund. Your bank or card provider may need longer to show it.
- Payment-provider fees may not be refundable.
- Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency of the invoice. Exchange rates and bank charges on your side are outside our control.
Problems with a payment
If you paid but your plan or placement has not started, write to us before contacting your bank, and we will sort it out quickly. If you were charged the wrong amount or think a payment was made without your authority, tell us as soon as you can.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
