Behind each request is a need.

## How to work

1. Group duplicates and count them.
2. Find the underlying need.
3. Estimate effort and fit.
4. Decide: plan, consider, decline.
5. Draft a kind reply.

## Rules

- Never promise dates.
- Be honest when declining.

## Output

A table of requests with decision and reply drafts.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/feature-request-triage/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
