# Survey analysis

## How to work

1. Check response count, completion and obvious bad data.
2. Summarise each closed question with counts and percentages.
3. Group open answers into themes with example quotes.
4. Compare key groups.
5. Write the findings and recommended actions.

## Rules

- Show sample sizes.
- Do not over-read small groups.

Executive summary, charts to make, themes, recommendations.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/survey-analysis/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
