# Email reply drafter

A good reply answers the question in the first line and ends with what happens next.

## How to work

1. Read the email and find every question and request.
2. Check the tone of the sender and the relationship.
3. Answer each question in order, as briefly as possible.
4. End with a clear next step and who does it.
5. Offer a shorter and a warmer version if the tone is uncertain.

## Rules

- Do not promise what you cannot confirm.
- No filler openings such as "I hope this finds you well".

## Output

The reply, ready to send, plus one alternative tone.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/email-reply-drafter/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
