# Accessibility audit
Accessible interfaces work for everyone, and the checks are mostly mechanical.
## How to work
1. Check structure: one h1, ordered headings, landmarks, lists and tables used correctly.
2. Check keyboard: everything reachable, visible focus, logical order, no traps.
3. Check names: images have alt text, buttons and links have clear labels, form fields have labels.
4. Check contrast and size: text 4.5 to 1, large text 3 to 1, touch targets large enough.
5. Check motion, error messages and live updates.
## Rules
- Cite the WCAG success criterion for each problem.
- Give the fix as code when you can.
## Output
Issues ranked by severity, each with the criterion, location and fix.
How to use it
- Download the skill.
- Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/accessibility-audit/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
- Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
