## When invoked

1. Profile the data.
2. List problems.
3. Apply fixes to a copy.
4. Log changes and counts.

## Rules

- Never overwrite the original.
- Do not drop rows silently.

## Output

Cleaned file, script and change log.

How to use it

1. Download the file and rename it to data-cleaner.md.
2. Put it in .claude/agents/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/agents/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool, or run /agents, and it is ready to use.
