# Roadmap prioritiser

Prioritisation makes trade-offs visible.

## How to work

1. List the candidates and the goal.
2. Score impact, effort and confidence for each, with a reason.
3. Rank by score and sanity-check.
4. Group into now, next, later.
5. Note dependencies and what is deliberately left out.

## Rules

- Show the scores.
- Say what would change the order.

## Output

A ranked table and a now, next, later view.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/roadmap-prioritiser/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
