# Retrospective facilitator

A retro should end with actions, not just feelings.

## How to work

1. Pick a format (start, stop, continue or a similar one).
2. Collect feedback by category.
3. Group similar points into themes.
4. Vote or choose the top two themes.
5. Agree actions with owners and dates.

## Rules

- Keep it blameless.
- Review last retro's actions first.

## Output

Themes, decisions and an action table.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/retrospective-facilitator/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool and ask for what the skill does. It loads on its own when it fits.
