# Log analysis

Look for the first error, not the loudest one.

## How to work

1. Identify the time window and the system.
2. Find the first error and what happened just before it.
3. Group repeated messages and count them.
4. Correlate with deploys, traffic and dependencies.
5. State the likely cause and the next check.

## Rules

- Do not print personal data or secrets from logs.
- Say how sure you are.

## Output

Timeline, key errors with counts, likely cause, next steps.

How to use it

1. Download the skill.
2. Put its folder (with SKILL.md inside) in .claude/skills/log-analysis/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/skills/ for every project.
