4. Highlight risks and decisions that need a human.

How to use it

1. Download the file and rename it to planner.md.
2. Put it in .claude/agents/ for just this project, or in ~/.claude/agents/ for every project.
3. Restart your tool, or run /agents, and it is ready to use.
