# Editing for clarity

Cut what the reader does not need; keep what makes it sound like the author.

## How to work

1. Read it all and find the main point.
2. Fix errors, then cut filler, repetition and hedging.
3. Replace abstract words with concrete ones and passive voice with active where it helps.
4. Check the order: does each paragraph earn its place?
5. Return the edit and a short list of the biggest changes.

## Rules

- Never change facts or quotes.
- Keep the author's tone.
- Show changes when asked.

## Output

The edited text, then "What I changed" in three bullets.
